(1) Any county, municipality, person or any combination of counties, municipalities and persons may file with the Oregon Business Development Department an application to borrow money from the Oregon Business Development Fund for a business development project as provided in ORS § 285B.050 to 285B.098. The application shall be filed in such a manner and contain or be accompanied by such information as the department may prescribe.

- Person: includes individuals, corporations, associations, firms, partnerships, limited liability companies and joint stock companies. See Oregon Statutes 174.100
(2) Any applicant receiving a loan from the fund shall report to the department the estimated number of jobs affected by the business development project financed under ORS § 285B.050 to 285B.098. [Formerly 285.405; 2007 c.804 § 41; 2009 c.830 § 50]
