(1) The purpose of the Oregon Small Business Development Act of 1983 is to encourage and assist the development and continued growth of small business in this state.
(2) As used in the Oregon Small Business Development Act of 1983, ‘small business’ means a business having 100 or fewer employees. [Formerly 285.503; 2007 c.804 § 16]
