Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 285C.066
- City: includes any incorporated village or town. See Oregon Statutes 174.100
- Jurisdiction: (1) The legal authority of a court to hear and decide a case. Concurrent jurisdiction exists when two courts have simultaneous responsibility for the same case. (2) The geographic area over which the court has authority to decide cases.
(1) The consent required by resolution of the governing body of a city, county or port under ORS § 285C.065 (1) in order for a city, county or port to designate an enterprise zone.
