The Legislative Assembly may allocate the amount of private activity bond volume cap among state agencies and the Private Activity Bond Committee for the two calendar years that begin in a biennium. Any volume cap that the state receives that is not allocated by the Legislative Assembly may be allocated by the Private Activity Bond Committee. [2007 c.783 § 31]
