Pursuant to ORS § 293.250, a county may collect any moneys owed to the county pursuant to a judgment obtained under ORS § 169.151. The county shall provide to the Department of Revenue the amount owed and the name, Social Security number and address of the person who owes the moneys. [2001 c.641 § 1]
