Any person aggrieved by a finding, order or determination by the Department of Transportation under ORS § 319.630 or 319.790 may appeal therefrom to the circuit court of the county in which the person resides. Such appeal shall be taken within 60 days from the date of the entry or making of such order, finding or determination and in the manner provided by law for appeals in actions at law. [1959 c.188 § 30]
Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 319.801
- Appeal: A request made after a trial, asking another court (usually the court of appeals) to decide whether the trial was conducted properly. To make such a request is "to appeal" or "to take an appeal." One who appeals is called the appellant.
- Person: includes individuals, corporations, associations, firms, partnerships, limited liability companies and joint stock companies. See Oregon Statutes 174.100
