(1) The Student Success Teams Account is established in the State Treasury, separate and distinct from the General Fund.

Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 327.224

  • State Treasury: includes those financial assets the lawful custody of which are vested in the State Treasurer and the office of the State Treasurer relating to the custody of those financial assets. See Oregon Statutes 174.100

(2) The Student Success Teams Account shall consist of:

(a) Moneys transferred to the account from the Statewide Education Initiatives Account;

(b) Moneys appropriated or otherwise transferred to the Student Success Teams Account by the Legislative Assembly; and

(c) Other amounts deposited into the account from any source.

(3) Moneys in the Student Success Teams Account are continuously appropriated to the Department of Education for the purpose of funding the intensive program for school districts with the highest needs established under ORS § 327.222, including funding any costs incurred for student success teams under that program.
