Oregon Statutes 332.750 – Transactions involving intellectual property exempt from certain bidding requirements
The district school board or education service district board may determine the terms and conditions of any transaction authorized by this section and ORS § 332.745 and need not require competitive bids in connection therewith. No formal publicity or advertising is required for any transaction authorized by this section and ORS § 332.745, but the board shall make reasonable efforts to disseminate such information to interested public school districts, education service districts, community college districts and publicly supported institutions of higher education.
