(1) The Early Learning Kindergarten Readiness Partnership and Innovation Account is established within the Department of Early Learning and Care Fund. Separate records shall be maintained for moneys in the account. Interest earned by the account shall be credited to the account.

- Partnership: A voluntary contract between two or more persons to pool some or all of their assets into a business, with the agreement that there will be a proportional sharing of profits and losses.
(2) Moneys in the account are continuously appropriated to the Department of Early Learning and Care to use for the Early Learning Kindergarten Readiness Partnership and Innovation Program described in ORS § 336.101. [2013 c.728 § 27; 2021 c.88 § 2; 2021 c.631 § 44]
