If motion is made by either party before the formation of the jury, the court shall order a view of the property in question. Upon the return of the jury, the evidence of the parties may be heard and the verdict of the jury given. [1971 c.741 § 15; 2007 c.71 § 11]
Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 35.315
- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
- Property: means real or personal property or any interest therein of any kind or nature that is subject to condemnation. See Oregon Statutes 35.215
- Verdict: The decision of a petit jury or a judge.
