This chapter does not affect the ability of a public body, as defined in ORS § 174.109, to take immediate possession of property in an emergency that poses a threat to persons or property. [2005 c.565 § 2]
Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 35.350
- Property: means real or personal property or any interest therein of any kind or nature that is subject to condemnation. See Oregon Statutes 35.215
- public body: means state government bodies, local government bodies and special government bodies. See Oregon Statutes 174.109
