Except for procedures provided in ORS Chapter 368, any action for the condemnation of property under the power of eminent domain shall be conducted according to this chapter. [1971 c.741 § 3; 1979 c.873 § 3; 1981 c.153 § 52]

  • Property: means real or personal property or any interest therein of any kind or nature that is subject to condemnation. See Oregon Statutes 35.215
