The district attorney of the judicial district in which the property to be condemned lies shall:
Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 35.560
- Property: means real or personal property or any interest therein of any kind or nature that is subject to condemnation. See Oregon Statutes 35.215
- Prosecute: To charge someone with a crime. A prosecutor tries a criminal case on behalf of the government.
(1) Commence and prosecute the suit, action or proceeding in the circuit court of such district, when requested by the board; or
(2) Aid the Attorney General in so doing in any manner requested by the Attorney General. [Formerly 281.230]
