Any property owner who knowingly makes any false verified declaration in order to obtain a service charge exemption under the provisions of ORS § 354.690 is guilty of unsworn falsification and upon conviction shall be punished as provided in ORS § 162.085. [1975 c.286 § 12; 1979 c.108 § 16; 1985 c.445 § 2]
