(1) The portion of State Highway 126 that is known as the Florence-Eugene Highway, beginning where the highway intersects with U.S. Highway 101 in Florence and ending where it intersects with Oregon Route 569, the Beltline Highway in Eugene, shall also be known as the William Tebeau Memorial Highway.

- Department: means the Department of Transportation. See Oregon Statutes 366.005
- Highway: means every public way, road, street, thoroughfare and place, including bridges, viaducts and other structures within the boundaries of this state, open, used or intended for use of the general public for vehicles or vehicular traffic as a matter of right. See Oregon Statutes 366.005
(2) The Department of Transportation shall place and maintain suitable markers along the highway described in this section indicating the designation of the highway as the William Tebeau Memorial Highway. [2015 c.268 § 1; 2023 c.9 § 23]
