Counties may expend funds received by the general road fund pursuant to ORS § 294.060 on city streets and bridges under such terms and conditions as the county may determine pursuant to the provisions of ORS § 373.260. [1975 c.292 § 2]
Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 368.722
- City: includes any incorporated village or town. See Oregon Statutes 174.100
- Road: means the entire right of way of any public or private way that provides ingress to or egress from property by means of vehicles or other means or that provides travel between places by means of vehicles. See Oregon Statutes 368.001
