Oregon Statutes 396.128 – Operation of regulations adopted by Adjutant General; conflict with state law; Oregon Code of Military Justice
(1) If the Adjutant General issues regulations for the governance of the organized militia as provided under ORS § 396.125, the Adjutant General shall specify in the regulations a date on which the regulations become operative for the purposes of all conduct subject to the regulations occurring on or after the specified date. To the extent a regulation issued under this section conflicts with a provision of this chapter, ORS Chapter 398 or 399 or any other law of this state, the regulation shall supersede the conflicting provision or law.
(2) Regulations issued by the Adjutant General under this section and ORS § 396.125 that have become operative shall be known and cited as ‘the Oregon Code of Military Justice.’ [2005 c.512 § 47; 2013 c.81 § 2]
