Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 406.448
- Dependent: A person dependent for support upon another.
(1) ‘Survivor of a veteran’ means the spouse or a dependent of a deceased veteran.
(2) ‘Veteran’ has the meaning given that term in ORS § 408.225. [2007 c.357 § 1; 2009 c.41 § 12; 2018 c.30 § 3]
