All moneys in the Oregon War Veterans’ Fund created by ORS § 407.495 may be advanced by the Department of Veterans’ Affairs as loans to any person qualified for loans under the provisions of Article XI-A, section 3, Oregon Constitution, for the acquisition of farms and homes, as provided in this chapter. Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 407.125
- Acquisition: means the purchase, improvement or refinancing of a home or farm or the payment of down payments or closing costs for such purposes. See Oregon Statutes 407.085
- Person: includes individuals, corporations, associations, firms, partnerships, limited liability companies and joint stock companies. See Oregon Statutes 174.100
