Oregon Statutes 411.335 – Prohibited use of lists or names
No person or agency shall solicit, disclose, receive, make use of, or authorize, knowingly permit, participate in or acquiesce in the use of, any lists or names for commercial or political purposes of any nature, or for any purpose not directly connected with the administration of the public assistance laws. Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 411.335
- Person: includes individuals, corporations, associations, firms, partnerships, limited liability companies and joint stock companies. See Oregon Statutes 174.100
- Public assistance: means the following types of assistance:
(a) Temporary assistance for needy families granted under ORS § 412. See Oregon Statutes 411.010
