(1) If any person is convicted of a violation of any provision of ORS § 411.630, any grant of public assistance made wholly or partially to meet the needs of such person shall be modified, canceled or suspended for such time and under such terms and conditions as may be prescribed by or pursuant to rules or regulations of the Department of Human Services.
Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 411.660
- Person: includes individuals, corporations, associations, firms, partnerships, limited liability companies and joint stock companies. See Oregon Statutes 174.100
- Public assistance: means the following types of assistance:
(a) Temporary assistance for needy families granted under ORS § 412. See Oregon Statutes 411.010
