All moneys granted under the provisions of ORS § 411.060, 411.070, 411.706, 411.710 to 411.730 and 411.752 are inalienable by any assignment or transfer and are exempt from garnishment, levy or execution under the laws of this state. [Amended by 2005 c.381 § 10; 2016 c.93 § 6]
