The Department of Human Services shall submit an annual written report to the Legislative Assembly and the Governor containing a full and complete analysis of the JOBS Plus Program. The report shall include recommendations from the department and the JOBS Plus Advisory Board regarding appropriate revisions to the program. [1995 c.561 § 16 and 1995 c.816 § 31]
