Notwithstanding any other provision of law, federal laws shall govern the administration of federally granted funds. The Director of the Oregon Health Authority may request a waiver of any federal law in order to fully implement provisions of state law using federally granted funds. [2011 c.720 § 36]
413.071 and 413.072 were enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but were not added to or made a part of ORS Chapter 413 or any series therein by legislative action. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
