No later than June 1, 2022, and every two years thereafter, the Oregon Health Authority shall report to the appropriate committees of the Legislative Assembly in the manner provided in ORS § 192.245 on the implementation of ORS § 413.163 and 413.164. The report must include, but is not limited to:

(1) A description of uniform standards for data collection and implementation of the standards; and

(2) The challenges to implementing the standards and plan for addressing the challenges. [2021 c.549 § 3]
