Oregon Statutes 413.430 – Functions of Director of Oregon Health Authority regarding health professionals
The Director of the Oregon Health Authority shall require each health licensing board in the Oregon Health Authority to maintain a register of the names and current addresses of all persons holding valid licenses, certificates of registration or other evidence of authority required to practice the occupation or profession, or operate the facility within the jurisdiction of such board and periodically, as the director may require, to file a copy of the register at the office of the authority. Any board that is authorized or required to distribute a register described in this section may collect a fee to cover the costs of publication, such fee to be handled as other receipts of the board are handled. - Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
- Jurisdiction: (1) The legal authority of a court to hear and decide a case. Concurrent jurisdiction exists when two courts have simultaneous responsibility for the same case. (2) The geographic area over which the court has authority to decide cases.
