Oregon Statutes 414.430 – Access to dental care for pregnant women; rules
(1) The Oregon Health Authority shall prescribe by rule appropriate time frames within which a pregnant medical assistance recipient whose medical assistance is reimbursed on a fee-for-service basis and who needs general or specialty dental care must have the opportunity to be seen, or referred for, and provided:

- Medical assistance: includes any care or services for any individual who is a patient in a medical institution or any care or services for any individual who has attained 65 years of age or is under 22 years of age, and who is a patient in a private or public institution for mental diseases. See Oregon Statutes 414.025
(a) Emergency dental services;
(b) Urgent dental services;
(c) Routine dental services; and
(d) An initial dental screening or examination.
(2) The time frames prescribed by the authority for recipients whose medical assistance is reimbursed on a fee-for-service basis shall be the same as or shorter than the time frames for pregnant recipients enrolled in coordinated care organizations and dental care organizations. [2015 c.750 § 2]
