All traveling and other expenses incurred in placing a person in a youth correction facility in the legal custody of the Oregon Youth Authority and delivering the person into the custody of the youth authority under ORS § 419B.337 (1), 419C.478 (1) or 419C.481 shall be borne by the county from which the person was placed in the legal custody of the youth authority.
