The Housing of Adults in Custody from Other Jurisdictions Account is created within the General Fund. Moneys credited to the account are continuously appropriated to the Department of Corrections for costs of incarceration. The Department of Corrections shall deposit all moneys received by the department as reimbursement under ORS § 169.053 (3) into the account. [1996 c.1 § 2; 2019 c.213 § 131]
