No later than January 1, 2022, and at the beginning of each calendar quarter thereafter, the Oregon Health Authority shall report to the Legislative Assembly, in the manner provided in ORS § 192.245, how funds from the Drug Treatment and Recovery Services Fund were spent in the preceding calendar quarter.
