(1) The county mental health program director shall designate sites for evaluation in the county plan of individuals who may be or are known to be drug dependent. The Oregon Health Authority shall establish standards for such sites, consistent with ORS § 430.357, and periodically publish a list of approved sites.

- Dependent: A person dependent for support upon another.
- Jurisdiction: (1) The legal authority of a court to hear and decide a case. Concurrent jurisdiction exists when two courts have simultaneous responsibility for the same case. (2) The geographic area over which the court has authority to decide cases.
