The provisions of any law restricting the use, possession, control or administration of a controlled substance shall not apply to any physician, pharmacist or other person while participating in the program authorized by ORS § 430.560 (1)(c) so long as the physician, pharmacist or other person complies with provisions of ORS § 430.560 and this section and the rules of the Oregon Health Authority made pursuant to ORS § 430.560 and this section.
