(1) If any local mental health program has an advisory committee, persons with disabilities, as defined in ORS § 430.050 (6), and older adults shall be appointed to serve on the advisory committee.

(2) The persons with disabilities described in subsection (1) of this section shall meet separately as a disability issues advisory committee. [Formerly 430.625]
