(1) The Behavioral Health Housing Incentive Fund is established in the State Treasury, separate and distinct from the General Fund. The Behavioral Health Housing Incentive Fund consists of moneys deposited or transferred to the fund by the Legislative Assembly and moneys appropriated to the fund by the Legislative Assembly. Interest earned on the fund shall be credited to the fund.

  • State Treasury: includes those financial assets the lawful custody of which are vested in the State Treasurer and the office of the State Treasurer relating to the custody of those financial assets. See Oregon Statutes 174.100

(2) Moneys in the Behavioral Health Housing Incentive Fund are continuously appropriated to the Oregon Health Authority to carry out the provisions of ORS § 430.643. [2021 c.521 § 1]

 

430.641 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS Chapter 430 or any series therein by legislative action. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
