(1) If a boundary commission has jurisdiction of the affected territory, the Director of the Oregon Health Authority shall file the findings and order with such boundary commission. If the affected territory is not within the jurisdiction of a boundary commission, the director shall file the findings and order with the county court of the county having jurisdiction of the territory.

  • Jurisdiction: (1) The legal authority of a court to hear and decide a case. Concurrent jurisdiction exists when two courts have simultaneous responsibility for the same case. (2) The geographic area over which the court has authority to decide cases.
