Unless otherwise specifically provided by law, failure to obey ORS § 431.001 to 431.550 and 431.990 or rules adopted under ORS § 431.001 to 431.550 and 431.990 or failure to obey a lawful written order relating to public health issued by the Director of the Oregon Health Authority or a local public health administrator is a Class A misdemeanor.
