(1) No person shall willfully cause the spread of any communicable disease within this state.
Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 433.010
- Person: includes individuals, corporations, associations, firms, partnerships, limited liability companies and joint stock companies. See Oregon Statutes 174.100
(2) Whenever the laws of this state require a person to secure a health certificate, such certificate shall be acquired from a physician licensed by the Oregon Medical Board or the Oregon Board of Naturopathic Medicine, a physician assistant licensed under ORS § 677.505 to 677.525 or a nurse practitioner licensed under ORS § 678.375 to 678.390 in accordance with rules adopted by the Oregon Health Authority.
