Upon the admission of a resident to a long term care facility, the facility shall provide the resident with information developed by the Long Term Care Ombudsman describing the availability and services of the ombudsman. [2019 c.117 § 2]
441.047 was added to and made a part of 441.015 to 441.119 and 441.993 by legislative action but was not added to any smaller series therein. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
