The Department of Consumer and Business Services may petition a circuit court for an injunction or other relief against a person dealing in manufactured structures in violation of ORS § 446.671. If the court grants the petition, the court shall award reasonable costs and disbursements and attorney and enforcement fees. [2003 c.655 § 42]
