Rules adopted under ORS § 447.020 shall allow restaurants with an occupancy capacity of no more than 15 persons, including employees and patrons, to have only one toilet fixture and adjacent lavatory on the premises. [1979 c.390 § 4; 1981 c.438 § 30]
