The State Treasurer is authorized to establish an Energy Efficient Construction Account for the purpose of providing energy engineering and technical assistance studies to state and other public buildings. Moneys credited to this account from payments for energy engineering or technical assistance studies and other revenues as authorized by the appropriate legislative review agency are continuously appropriated for the payment of these expenses. 455.595 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS Chapter 455 or any series therein by legislative action. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
