A local government unit may regulate the use of each disposal site owned or operated by the local government unit, governing the volume or type of solid wastes that will be received at the site and the particular class of person that may use the site. [1971 c.648 § 18; 1993 c.560 § 17]
Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 459.105
- local government: means all cities, counties and local service districts located in this state, and all administrative subdivisions of those cities, counties and local service districts. See Oregon Statutes 174.116
- Person: includes individuals, corporations, associations, firms, partnerships, limited liability companies and joint stock companies. See Oregon Statutes 174.100
