No person shall stimulate or depress any animal involved in any race or otherwise affect in any way the animal’s ability to perform therein, either prior to or during a race, by the administration of drugs or by the use of any electrical device or equipment or by any mechanical or other device not sanctioned by the Oregon Racing Commission. Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 462.420
- Commission: means the Oregon Racing Commission. See Oregon Statutes 462.010
- Person: includes individuals, corporations, associations, firms, partnerships, limited liability companies and joint stock companies. See Oregon Statutes 174.100
- Race: includes races conducted without wagering, provided one or more races in the meet are conducted with wagering. See Oregon Statutes 462.010
