Nothing in ORS § 453.396 to 453.408, 453.414, 459.236 and 459.311, including the limitation on the amount a local government unit must contribute under ORS § 459.236 and 459.311, shall be construed to affect or limit the liability of any person. [1993 c.707 § 9 (enacted in lieu of 465.390)]

Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 465.391

  • local government: means all cities, counties and local service districts located in this state, and all administrative subdivisions of those cities, counties and local service districts. See Oregon Statutes 174.116
  • Person: includes individuals, corporations, associations, firms, partnerships, limited liability companies and joint stock companies. See Oregon Statutes 174.100
