If any municipal corporation, city or county defaults on payments due to the state under ORS § 468.195 to 468.260, the state may withhold any amounts otherwise due to the corporation, city or county to apply to the indebtedness. [Formerly 449.694]

- City: includes any incorporated village or town. See Oregon Statutes 174.100
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
