Any funds advanced by the Environmental Quality Commission by grant shall not exceed 30 percent of the total project costs for eligible projects or for facilities related to disposal of solid wastes, and any obligation acquired by the commission by purchase, contract, loan, or otherwise, shall not exceed 100 percent of the total project costs for eligible projects or for facilities related to disposal of solid wastes. Combinations of funds granted and loaned by whatever means shall not total more than 100 percent of the eligible project costs. [Formerly 449.699; 1981 c.312 § 4]
