The Oregon Climate Corps Fund is established in the State Treasury, separate and distinct from the General Fund. Interest earned by the Oregon Climate Corps Fund shall be credited to the fund. Moneys in the fund are continuously appropriated to the University of Oregon for the purposes specified in ORS § 468A.290. [2009 c.480 § 2]
