Each member of the State Fish and Wildlife Commission, the State Fish and Wildlife Director and every inspector, deputy fish warden, special deputy fish warden, and all peace officers of this state or any political subdivision therein, including police officers commissioned by a university under ORS § 352.121 or 353.125, shall enforce the commercial fishing laws within their respective jurisdictions.
