Subject to ORS § 153.022, violation of any provision of this chapter or of any rule or order of the governing board of the State Department of Geology and Mineral Industries made thereunder, excluding ORS § 522.405 to 522.545 and any rule promulgated thereunder, is a Class B misdemeanor.
