(1) Any person, or any officer of any firm or corporation who is found guilty of constructing any splash dam for the floating of logs or other lumber products on any stream or other body of water in the State of Oregon commits a Class A misdemeanor.

- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
- Person: includes individuals, corporations, associations, firms, partnerships, limited liability companies and joint stock companies. See Oregon Statutes 174.100
